Even though Automatic LiveUpdate is enabled, it does not run. If you look at the Symantec NetDetect task in the Windows Scheduled Tasks program, in the Last Result column, you see an exit code of 80. The text (ERROR_WAIT_NO_CHILDREN) may also be displayed. Solution: To open the Scheduled Tasks program On the Windows taskbar, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scheduled Tasks. Look at the Symantec NetDetect task. If it did not run, and in the Last Result column you see an exit code of 80, this is caused by a known Microsoft problem. To fix this, you must contact Microsoft Technical Support.
